Michelle Williams
She is wearing my favorite colour coral as well as my favorite shape - the peplum waist. The ruffles just add that much more. Ahh, I just can't say enough about this dress. One of my favorites of all time!

Emma Stone
I just love this girl so much, and she just always seems to pick the perfect dress. I love her hair! Once my wedding is over and the craziness of summer finally passes, I am so dying my hair red again! It's the only other colour that looks good on me besides my natural blonde. Anyways, back to the dress - I love the colour, the big bow and the gathered waist. Perfect!

Giuliana Rancic
The DETAILS! Amazing! This could be a wedding dress. I just love it. So pretty.

Kristen Wiig
I LOVE nude dresses! I just love this one! The form fitting bodice and simple hair. My favorite part though has got to be the fluffed bottom. Stunning!

Milla Jovovich
I think the shoulder detail is so beautiful and interesting. The white colour matched with deep red lips is so hot!

Stacy Keibler
Oh George - you just love them pretty ladies. Well why not? Just marry one of them finally! Gosh! Sorry, I just think at his age he should settle down. That's just my opinion. So to his current arm candy Stacy Keibler, she looks stunning! She actually has been wearing some amazing dresses over the last couple of months, but I'm sure being George Clooney's girlfriend doesn't hurt. She probably had designers on her doorstep the day they starting dating. Tonight she wore a beautiful dress with a cool rose detail on the hip. She just looks simply amazing!

oscar 2012 dislikes

Sarah Hyland
Such a pretty girl, just not sure if this dress does anything for her. It just looks extremely sloppy.

Natalie Portman
Not sure if polka dots and the Oscars go together....

I will admit, this year was really hard to have dislikes, as almost everyone looked gorgeous. So even though I put these two into my dislikes, it was just because they were my least favorite.

engagement ring

I thought I would finally share a picture of my engagement ring. Once Nick and I decided that we were going to get married, we obviously started to have discussions about the ring. Nick didn't want to spend too much on it as he is a saver and does not like to spend money. Being together for over 3 years and Nick working lots making really good money, I felt it was fair for a decent size ring as we weren't poor 19 year old kids. So my dad suggested going to this place that he knew that designed rings. My parents got a ring made there and saved a lot of money - as you skip the middle man and multiple mark-ups. At first Nick didn't want to go because he is a very busy person, and he just wanted to just go pick out a ring and buy it. So finally after a little convincing he went and talked to them. First Nick took me to a ring store and had me try on rings. He then took a picture of the ring that I liked the best. He then went and took the picture as well as a drawing that he made up to the designer . This is the end result. I am so happy with it. I got the halo as well as diamonds down the side that I wanted. Nick also saved a lot of money. He ended up only paying half of what the appraisal is. Plus he loved that he got to have his input and make changes as the ring was being designed and made.

wedding crafts part 2

As you can see, we've been busy! Only 9 weeks till I marry my best friend, and I am now in full wedding mode. Monday nights have now been transformed to "Bachelor Wedding Nights". Basically for the last several weeks, my lovely sister and mother have been coming over the watch The Bachelor and working on wedding details. The invitations have all gone out and now all that's left is the little details. My sister has been painstakingly working on gluing hundreds of fabric squares to 2 wooden letters that are 3' tall to give it a ruffled look. My mom has been working on wrapping ribbon and raffia to mason jars that will be used as candle holders. More to come!
